In my work as a counsellor, I integrate different methods and systems, which means that I move within a range of therapeutic models depending on your needs. During this process, the focus can shift from concern with immediate problems towards exploring ways in which you might live a more satisfying and fulfilling life.

The therapy centre is a few minutes walk from Harrogate rail and bus stations, making it within easy reach of Wetherby, Knaresborough, and Otley. There is on street parking near by; payment by meter, or with a displayed disc.
